Crazy human named ‘Matt Affleck’ from Boston intrudes on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Just kidding, it was Matt Damon.
Jimmy Kimmel hosted a special philanthropic edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday night with guests Olivia Wilde and Snoop Dogg. It included a (RED) Shopathon to benefit the fight against AIDS.
But alas, such go-goodery was slightly hindered by a rude caller named “Matt Affleck’’ from Boston just trying to get on the show. Such barbarity!
Just kidding, it was just Matt Damon — a “functioning idiot,’’ in the words of Kimmel’s YouTube channel — back to sabotage more of JKL! by, well, simply continuing his mission to get on Kimmel’s show for the past 10 years.

Earlier in the episode, Damon had sat in the basement of JKL!’s studio, waiting for his chance to talk about his (RED) Omaze Experience (your chance to hang out with Damon if you support (RED)’s fight againt AIDS), only to be rejected by Kimmel.
“Oh, I guess his mic went out,’’ Kimmel said. “Sadly we can’t hear him. So, just stay down there, and I’ll let you know if we need you! Which we most probably will not!’’
Later in the show, Damon attempted to call into Kimmel’s Shopathon. He posed as “Matt Affleck’’ from Boston on the phone, hoping not to be recognized. Kimmel denied his call.
And the saddest part? Snoop Dogg agreed with Kimmel kicking him out:
