Here to express your angry thoughts about the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night is none other than John Oliver on Sunday’s edition of Last Week Tonight.

The late-night host tore into the attackers with a biting, rousing two-minute monologue, using a few expletives or two (or 20).

“This is when it actually helps to be on HBO, where those things can be said without restraint, because after the many necessary and appropriate moments of silence, I’d like to offer you a moment of premium cable profanity,’’ Oliver said.

With that, he continued: “First, as of now, we know this attack was carried out by gigantic f—ing a–holes – unconscionable flaming a–holes – possibly working with other f—ing a–holes, definitely working in service of an ideology of pure a–holery.’’

After casting a few jokes about a war on culture that these attackers would undoubtedly lose — “You’ve just brought a philosophy of rigorous self-abnegation to a pastry fight, my friend! You are f—ed!’’ — Oliver concluded with a clean-cut message.

“So to the people of France, our thoughts are truly with you.’’

Hear, hear.
