Jon Stewart invites biggest conservative foes to appear on ‘Daily Show’ final episode
Comedy Central reaching out to Daily Shows host’s favorite comedy targets to appear on his farewell show
Bill O’Reilly, Donald Rumsfeld, Donald Trump, Sarah Palin and other conservative figureheads might get their chance to tell Jon Stewart to go take a hike as part of the Daily Show host’s Comedy Central sendoff.
The New York Post reports Comedy Central is trying to assemble Stewart’s favorite comedic targets to appear on his farewell show, essentially to tell the satirist to f–ck off.
The segment will reportedly be Stewart’s foes’ chance to turn the tables on him, with bleeped F-bombs flying around. We hear the segment will have a lot of bleeped F-bombs hurled Stewart’s way. Donald Trump has reportedly been asked to appear already.
Of all of Stewart’s favorite punching bags, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly has been the best sport, appearing on The Daily Show frequently and inviting Stewart on his primetime program several times.
Fox News did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment on which of its stars have been asked to appear.
