David Letterman Welcomes His Replacement, Stephen Colbert, to ‘Late Show’
Longtime ‘Late Night’ host David Letterman brought out the man who will succeed him when he retires in 2015: Stephen Colbert.
In a gracious exchange, Colbert told Letterman how happy he is to be taking the helm, while Letterman expressed his pleasure with the network’s choice of his successor.
