How did a marathon change your romantic relationship?

For some people, running a marathon changes everything — including how you are as a partner.

For some people, running a marathon changes everything — including how you are as a partner.

Did prepping for a marathon complicate your relationship? Did it make you realize you needed a different kind of relationship?

How have you, a non-marathoner, learned to live with someone who organizes life around running? Are you a mile-marker partner who cheers and holds up signs?

We’re looking for stories — and YES, they can be anonymous. You can absolutely share tales about ex-partners. E-mail [email protected].

We also want to hear what’s on your mind about your relationships/dating, in general. Send your thoughts and questions, anonymously, below.
