Your pooch can compete in a “Puppy Bowl” this weekend
It hopes to be a tail-wagging good time.
Sunday’s big game will be Patriots vs. Rams. But on Saturday? It’s dog vs. dog.
On the eve of Super Bowl LIII, local dog-treat makers Polka Dog Bakery will host a “Puppy Bowl” at their South End location.
From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, the Shawmut Ave. shop will have a makeshift field set up for the canines to compete. Snacks will be available for pups to get their paws on, as will beer and snacks for their human counterparts.
