Happy Spring SkiEsta?

This just in: still feels like winter, but it’s spring. To welcome spring and encourage skiers to keep coming, Okemo is selling a Spring Skiesta Pass for $99 for the remainder of the season. Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont has plenty of snow, 100% open on their 655-acres with base depths of over three feet. For much of the early winter season, Okemo had the most open terrain in the East, thanks to Okemo’s Operation Snowburst, basically they made a ton of snow early with their 1,075 HKD snowguns backed by pumping power of 7,000 gallons per minute.

With all their manmade and continual natural snow, Okemo plans to stay open through April 13, so that’s 26 more days of skiing, at under $4 a day with the $99 Ski Esta Pass. I love spring skiing; sunshine softening snow and the best festivities. Okemo has on its fun roster 80’s Bumps and Bamboo this Saturday March 23, Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge Finals March 29 weekend, and their Annual Slush Cup pond skimming April 5, plus Spring BBQs with live music every weekend till close. Still on the fence about Okemo’s Spring SkiEsta Card? As a bonus, you can apply your $99 towards next year’s Okemo season pass if you buy before April 30. Ole!
