Google Maps brings Whistler to your desktop
In anticipation of the 2010 Winter Olympics, which kick off Friday in Vancouver, Google Maps has enabled its street view feature to explore the slopes of Whistler, which will host some Alpine skiing events beginning this weekend.
Nothing tops being there, but this isn’t so bad either.
Which New England mountain should be the first to implement this technology? Gotta go Wildcat, right?
