This Weekend on the Snow
Looks like Saturday is the pick.
Sunday will actually be warmer, but on Saturday the sun has a much better chance of shining on the slopes. Temperatures are going to rocket north of freezing pretty much at every ski area in our region. Sunday it will more than likely be raining.
Left Coast Tangent: Certain places like Heavenly in Lake Tahoe got crushed with over six feet of new snow this week! This is one of the many pictures I received. Check out there conditions on SnoCountry.

The S.G. actually knows a few people who like to ski in the rain. Personally, I cannot stand doing that. If skiing on the rain softened snow surfaces is your thing have a blast. Both days this weekend will be a preview to what we can expect much more of in April.
Fear not – March is a long month. It is also a very big month for snow historically. Some of the areas in Maine did pick up snow overnight and may still be getting some today.
Maybe the S.G. will see some of you out there on Saturday. After spending last weekend in Jackson Hole, Wyoming this could be a good weekend to do the taxes…
