December Snowstorm!
Woke up early Saturday morning on December 1, 2007 and caught a look at the weather on Newscenter 5. They were showing a graphic of current wind chill temperatures, Worchester was 11ºF and Boston 17ºF.
Then there was a flash of the national radar…
WHOA! (radar loop from Intellicast)

Looks a lot like a very large snow event coming, could be huge. This is BIG for New England skiing. Mountains have had a nice run in November. Conditions are good and a major portion of natural snow would launch many areas upwards of 80% terrain. Smaller operations that planned on opening in mid-December will be pressed for early service.
S.G. Tip: Accuweather storm reporting
Here is a link to the Message Board, keep a watch on this developing situation. I am feeling safe that winter warnings and advisories will be in store for New England soon.
Get ready for some snow,
S.G.
