Pop Quiz: Second New England resort to open?

Take a guess.

Nothing?

Fine, it is Sugarloaf USA, ME! Friday 11/09.2007 is the areas opening day.

Q: Um, what is going on up there in Maine?!?!?

A: I will tell you what. A company called Boyne Resorts took both Sugarloaf and Sunday River off of A.S.C.’s hands at the end of last season.
They could not be making a better impression with the Maine locals near these hills!
Boyne was able to get BOTH of these major New England ski destinations operational in early November. That is a feat worthy of something! They also sunk millions of dollars into each mountains snow making systems over the summer, which has more than likely helped.
