Peek inside CambridgeSide’s new World of Beer tavern
This is the chain’s first Massachusetts location.
There’s now a world of beer to explore in Cambridge.
World of Beer, a Florida-based chain that serves bottles and draft pours from all over the globe, literally, opened its first Massachusetts location at CambridgeSide earlier this week.
The tavern features about 60 craft beers on tap and more than 500 bottles, as well as a “tavern fare” menu of bites, such as German pretzels with house-made beer cheese and fried pickles.
The CambridgeSide location in particular offers many Massachusetts and New England brews like Harpoon. You’ll also find summery options like California-based Ace Pineapple Cider infused with jalapeno and Long Island’s Bluepoint Hoptical Illusion Grapefruit on cask.
World of Beer is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
