Exodus Bagels has found a permanent home in Roslindale
Though Exodus Bagels has established quite a fan base by appearing at farmers’ markets and pop-ups around Boston, the New York-style bagel and sandwich company said it will officially “quit wandering.”
Adam Hirsh and his partners announced in a Facebook post Wednesday night that the company will open a diner, deli, and brick-and-mortar shop in Roslindale for the bagels he’s been baking since 2014.

Before the shop opens, the team said they will be launching a Kickstarter campaign to help fund renovations for the space.
“This can, and will take at least three months,” Hirsh told Boston magazine.
The popular pop-up is best known for its classic bagel flavors and creative sandwiches loaded with ingredients like smoked salmon, roasted beets, apple chutney, arugula and carrot-ginger cream cheese, or roast beef, grilled portobello mushrooms, asparagus, crispy onions, whipped gorgonzola, and greens.
Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to get your Exodus fix while the company is renovating the new space. Hirsh told Boston the team will continue to be a regular vendor at the Egleston Farmers Market in Jamaica Plain throughout the summer.
