Clover is opening two Boston locations in June
Now you won’t have to find a food truck for your chickpea fritter.
Clover has come a long way since its food truck-only days. The fast-casual, plant-based eatery is continuing to expand with two new restaurants in Boston.

The new brick and mortars are coming to Longwood Medical and the Financial District, and both of them will be “massive,” according to the company’s blog. They’re both slated to open in June.
Clover has two restaurants in Cambridge and debuted its first Boston location back in November at Downtown Crossing, adding to its fleet of food trucks around the city.

Both new locations—160 Federal St. and 360 Longwood Ave.—are in a “race to the finish,” according to the company’s YouTube page, which has been documenting the construction progress with video tours.

Because these restaurants are set to be larger than the preexisting ones, Clover is in the midst of a “hiring blitz” and needs 15 people for kitchen prep, 10 assistant managers, and 70 team members to staff them.
Clover goes before the City of Boston Licensing Board May 25 seeking 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. operating times and a 20-seat outdoor patio for the Longwood location.
