Allston’s vegan strip is extending its reach through Boston with a FoMu location in the South End.
FoMu — pronounced “feux moo’’— is an alternative ice cream shop that first opened in Allston’s Union Square in 2012. Union Square is also home to vegan-Chinese restaurant Grasshopper and the vegan-friendly Whole Heart Provisions. A second FoMu location opened in Jamaica Plain in 2013.

The South End boutique Olives & Grace posted a picture of the Tremont Street FoMu storefront to Instagram Friday, welcoming FoMu to the neighborhood.
