Stoked Pizza is bringing its brick-oven goods to a brick-and-mortar store in Brookline
It will be the food truck’s first restaurant.
Residents of Brookline should get super stoked for their upcoming culinary addition: Stoked Pizza.
This restaurant, which could open as early as late winter or early spring, according to Eater Boston, would mark the pizza joint’s first brick-and-mortar building.

Stoked has been bringing wood-fired pizza to all corners of Boston with their food truck— equipped with a 6,000 pound brick oven—that sets up on Lawn on D, SoWa, and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
Stoked told Eater that the menu will focus on pizza but will also feature salads and sandwiches—an addition beyond what the roaming food truck offers.

Earlier this year, rumors swirled that Stoked would set up shop in the old T.T. The Bear’s Place. But those rumors proved false, according to Vanyaland. It would have been a fitting story: Musician-turned-pizza-maker Scott Riebling of Letters to Cleo started Stoked. Toirm Miller, who owned vegetarian food cart Jack and the Bean Bowl in Copley Square, is also part of the Stoked crew.
