Gordon Ramsay, the restaurateur and TV chef behind Master Chef, Hell’s Kitchen, and Kitchen Nightmares recently stopped into B.T.’s Smokehouse in Sturbridge to praise owner Brian Treitman and his BBQ joint.

Ramsay was in the area while filming an episode of his Fox reality show Hotel Hell about the Vienna Restaurant and Historic Inn in Southbridge, according to The Worcester Telegram.

Treitman said the Scottish chef, most notorious for raising his voice, was all smiles while eating brisket. Ramsay posted his praise to Instagram and Twitter on Saturday, which Treitman said ballooned Treitman’s own social media presence.
