Hey Judd Apatow, we saw that you tweeted out a plea for recommendations about where to eat in Boston.

We threw this together for you (you’re welcome).
We know from your Twitter feed that you’re a huge fan of PBS’s Frontline. Did you know that it’s produced right here at Boston’s WGBH? And that their cafeteria’s Sante Fe wrap is outstanding? Ask for Dottie.
This Brookline delicatessen was recently at the center of a scandal concerning a potential hidden camera in the bathroom. That sounds like a Seth Rogen gag, no? You’d be right at home. Also, from one Jew to another, try the matzo ball soup.
If you care as much about the quality of the soundtrack as you do the quality of the food, head over to Michael Scelfo’s year-old restaurant for a great mix of roasted broccoli and Biggie Smalls. The cocktails are killer, too.
You live in L.A., so you probably have a penchant for super expensive sushi. We’ve got that, here, too! And in all seriousness, it’s insanely good, and won Boston Magazine’s Best Restaurant in Boston this year.
A lot of their servers are bearded dudes who look like they belong in one of your movies. And it’s in Brookline, so you can head on over after you hit up the Zaftig’s bathroom.
Jody Adam’s delightful and delicious seaport eatery is where a lot of the Millennial bankers go after work. Maybe you could find a good story about insider trading.
Try the teff!
Though rarely crowded, it should be. The chicken saag is awesome, as is everything else. Need a Hollywood connection? There’s an Entourage poster in the entryway, for some reason.
You can order a whole pig’s head here! Isn’t that insane? You can also get chicken stuffed with chicken sausage! So meta.
A hipster diner in Somerville’s hipster Davis Square. And it just got a facelift, which I hear happens a lot in Hollywood.
Other than the fact that it’s closed, this would be a great place to grab breakfast. Also, not comparing ourselves to you or anything, but we didjust make a movie about it.
Hope this helps!
