Donald Trump lets Jimmy Fallon mess up his hair
“The people of New Hampshire, where I’m gonna be about an hour from now, I hope they’re going to understand,” the Republican presidential candidate told Fallon.

As Jimmy Fallon concluded an interview with Donald Trump on The Tonight Show Thursday, the late-night host had one last important question, one that the American people have been dying for someone to ask the candidate who Politifact reports speaks falsely more than half of the time: “Can I mess your hair up?”
While Trump may have danced around Fallon’s questions about his relationship with Vladimir Putin (Trump claimed he doesn’t know the Russian leader, despite saying in 2013 that the two had a relationship), he was more than happy to let Fallon divert the attention to his bright yellow coiffure.
“The answer’s yes,” Trump said. “But the people of New Hampshire, where I’m gonna be about an hour from now, I hope they’re going to understand.”
It’s hardly the first time Trump has let someone touch his hair. Even before he began his run for president and started wearing “Make America Great Again” hats, Trump has been fond of letting people play with his ‘do on camera.
Oddly enough, Fallon played with the other presidential candidate’s hair almost exactly a year ago. When Hillary Clinton appeared on The Tonight Show on September 16, 2015, she got in a jab at Trump’s expense by letting Fallon touch her hair to prove its authenticity.
