Kambiri, the youngest gorilla at the Franklin Park Zoo, turns 3

Kambiri, the Franklin Park Zoo’s youngest gorilla, is turning 3 this Sunday, Nov. 3. Daughter of Kiki and Kitombe and sister to Kira and Kimani, Kambiri is described as independent and playful. She is one of seven western lowland gorillas that call the Franklin Park Zoo home. Western lowland gorillas are considered critically endangered in the wild.
