Dead & Company returns to Fenway Park in 2017
Attention all Deadheads: Dead & Company will once again take over Fenway Park, in the summer of 2017.Live Nation and the Boston Red Sox announced on Thursday that the band will return to Boston for two shows on June 17 and 18, playing music from the Grateful Dead’s “historic catalog of songs.”Dead & Company, which includes singer and guitarist John Mayer; Grateful Dead members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, and Bob Weir; Allman Brothers’ bassist Otell Burbridge; and keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, played two shows at the park last July. Ticket will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on December 16 on redsox.com/deadandcompany.
