Joe Perry will be “back out on the road rockin’ out,” according to a tweet from Aerosmith bandmate Tom Hamilton.

Perry was hospitalized Sunday night after leaving the stage during a Hollywood Vampires concert in Brooklyn. An administrator at Coney Island Hospital confirmed to the Associated Press that the 65-year-old Perry underwent tests, but no further information about his condition was released.

“Joe Perry is doing well and resting and appreciates all your good wishes,” Hollywood Vampire representative Sujata Murthy said to the AP.

Hamilton tweeted Monday that Perry’s condition was “better than we all first feared.”

The Aerosmith guitarist received lots of messages of support, including from Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler.

Perry plays in the Hollywood Vampires, which includes Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp, as a side project. His publicist told Loudwire that he is expected to join the band back on tour “soon.” The band will continue to tour in his absence, according to a tweet from bandmate Cooper.
