Slowly but surely, free outdoor music in Boston is becoming more and more available. The latest initiative to help the city sound a bit sweeter is a new concert series, announced Wednesday by Mayor Walsh.

The Mayor’s Office of Tourism, Sports, & Entertainment will host free live music in Sam Adams Park, directly outside of Faneuil Hall, from noon to 2 p.m. every Friday from July 9 through August 26.

“We are lucky to live in a city with so much musical talent,” Mayor Walsh said in a release. “The Friday Afternoon Concert Series hosts some of Boston’s best emerging local musicians, and I encourage all residents and visitors to take advantage of this wonderful series.”

While the full lineup hasn’t been revealed quite yet, Walsh included the July lineup in the release. It features all local talent:

July 8: The Dingo Babies
July 15: Honeysuckle
July 22: Sumner & Moss
July 29: Dear June
