Rob Zombie had a perfect comeback to these negative Facebook comments
"They roll harder than you."
Rob Zombie is a rock musician from Haverhill, Massachusetts, whose image is built on being hardcore. When he isn’t playing heavy metal and teaming up with Ozzy Osbourne and Alice Cooper, as he has done in the past, he occasionally directs slasher flicks.
Last weekend, Zombie met the Japanese metal idol band Babymetal at the Carolina Rebellion hard rock festival in Concord, North Carolina. Babymetal makes music that combines the heavy metal and Japanese pop idol genres.

The fellow metal artists took a snapshot together backstage, and Zombie posted said photo to his Facebook page, much to the chagrin of many of his fans.

Maybe it was Babymetals’ dresses, or the girls’ affiliation with pop music. But certain Rob Zombie fans weren’t crazy about the new friendship.

He shot down the negativity of a few naysaying commenters:

Rob Zombie doesn’t have time for judgments. Rob Zombie only has time for metal.

And if you’re metal enough, Rob Zombie will hang with you.
Babymetal addressed the photo (and the hate, in a way) in a comment on the Facebook photo.
“Thank you Rob! The Spirit of HEAVY METAL traversed across the World, rose above language barriers, went beyond generations and created countless legends,” They wrote. “See you again at Northern Invasion!”
