Evolution 101.7 Transitioning Off FM
Boston’s source for all things dance, Evolution 101.7, will soon be no more — at least on FM radio.

The station, which has been around for a year and a half, used Facebook to announce that is transitioning off of 101.7 but will remain on iHeartRadio and HD radio (107.9 HD2), where it “will continue to support the local Boston dance scene, the clubs, the shows, the energy, the lifestyle.’’
According to a Vanyaland post, 101.7 Evolution will become 101.7 The Bull, an “all-country-music radio station,’’ at 3 p.m. today.
The post was accompanied by a photo with a message that read “Thanks Boston EDM fans!’’
