Rapper Macklemore’s Offensive Outfit is the Latest in a Series of Missteps
Rapper Macklemore is under fire for his choice of attire during a concert on Friday in his hometown of Seattle.

This latest episode could be overlooked by many if it were not for Macklemore’s history of doing “some stupid things in the past,’’ reported The Daily Beast, which called the rapper a “9/11 truther.’’
The Daily Beast ran down Macklemore’s previous social blunders, beginning with some choice lyrics from “Bush Song,’’ which was released in 2005.

Macklemore already isn’t in the best of standings with some of his more popular fellow rappers, including Drake — who is half Jewish — and Kanye West, who both question his authenticity in hip-hop and took umbrage to the fact that Macklemore took home the Best Rap Album award at this year’s Grammys.
Given all of his past antics, “costume-gate’’ doesn’t seem to be the best addition to Macklemore’s growing resume.
