Seattle Police Release Private Note Penned By Kurt Cobain
A new wrinkle has been added to the mystery surrounding the death of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.
Seattle Police have released a note found in Cobain’s wallet at the time of his death that mocks his marriage vows with then-wife Courtney Love.
In the undated note, which was kept secret until now, the legendary musician wrote, “Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife, even when she’s a bitch with zits and siphoning all yr money for doping and whoring…’’

The wallet note seems to go against Cobain’s sentiments in the musician’s presumed suicide note, where he called Love a “goddess.. who sweats ambition and empathy.’’
Last month, the Seattle Police Department reviewed the two decade old case and reconfirmed the King County Medical Examiner’s original finding that Cobain’s death was a suicide.
