Why, yes, that is Nitin Nohria in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.’’

The dean of Harvard Business School has a cameo in the summer blockbuster starring Tom Holland as the superhero web slinger. But don’t blink or you’ll miss him.

In the film, Nohria plays the character of Dean Crimson, who appears in a YouTube video demonstrating how to tie a Windsor knot, which Spidey’s alter ego Peter Parker consults before attending a big dance.

Nohria, who’s been the dean of HBS since 2010, has a PhD in management from MIT. He’s co-written or edited more than a dozen books, the most recent of which is “Handbook of Leadership Theory and Practice,’’ but this is his feature film debut.
