On Saturday, Comic-Con hosted the debut of surprise footage for the new DC film Justice League, and the internet is going crazy over the superhero-rich video.

The film’s director, Zack Snyder, came to the event flanked by the movie’s star-studded squad: Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), and Henry Cavill (Superman).

These appearances were enough to send the San Diego crowd into a frenzy, but Snyder couldn’t resist a bit of teasing, saying, “You think we would show footage now?” before proceeding to play it for the crowd.

In the video, Affleck reprises his role as the billionaire vigilante as he tracks down the future members of his alliance. The footage features some lighthearted banter between Bruce Wayne and Wonder Woman, a resistant but intriguing Aquaman, and Miller’s highly-anticipated and at times humorous portrayal of The Flash.

Despite the poor critical reaction to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the Justice League footage has been received extremely well since its online release.
