More characters go deeper down the Bulger rabbit hole in new ‘Black Mass’ trailer

A few months after the Internet received its first full-length trailer for the much-anticipated Whitey Bulger bio-pic Black Mass, Warner Bros. just released a second two-minute sneak peak.
While the first trailer focused more on Johnny Depp’s eerie take on the Southie crimeboss, the latest brings in all the characters we’ve been anticipating: Dakota Johnson as Whitey’s basketcase girlfriend Lindsey Cyr, Benedict Cumberbatch as Whitey’s politician brother Billy Bulger, Jesse Plemmons as creepy mobster Kevin Weeks, and Corey Stoll’s graceful take on prosecutor Fred Wyshak.
Black Mass opens in theaters September 18.
