This local company does the packaging for Star Wars toys

Pilot is a graphic design and illustration studio located in Boston’s Seaport District. They create the branding instructions — which includes the designs for toy packaging — for famous properties like Star Wars, Jurassic World, Transformers, and WWE.
We visited the company’s offices to talk to their founders, and get a better sense of what it’s like to design packaging for a movie you haven’t seen — in this case, the highly anticipated “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.’’
