And it's free.

Get ready to get your sweat on: Boston is hosting its first-ever Boston Social Fitness Festival—a free, day-long celebration of exercise—this Saturday at City Hall Plaza.

Fitness junkies can entertain themselves with games, cycling, races, a climbing wall, mystery fitness challenges, and dancing. Participants can also fuel themselves with healthy snacks and drinks from the Sierra Nevada beer garden.

Pre-register for your workouts on the festival’s website to guarantee your spot, and check out the full schedule below:

7-8 a.m.: Daybreaker morning flow yoga

8-10 a.m.: Daybreaker morning dance party

10-11 a.m.: Sweat crawl #1 (one of four 60-minute fitness challenges)

10 a.m.-3 p.m.: Social Boston Sports games and activities

10:30-11:15 a.m.: Open air cycling ride

11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Sweat crawl #2

11:15 a.m.-12p.m.: Women’s cat 3/4 cycling race

11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Open air cycling ride

12:30-1:15 p.m.: Open air cycling ride

12:30-1:15 p.m.: Men’s cat 2/3 cycling race

1-2 p.m.: Sweat crawl #3

1:30-1:50 p.m.: Kids’ and mascots’ cycling races

2-3 p.m.: Sweat crawl #4

2:15-3:15 p.m.: Women’s pro cycling race

3:30-4:45 p.m.: Men’s pro cycling race
