23 ‘trashy’ looks served at ‘Rubbish to Runway’ fashion show

Local designers reduced, reused and recycled for a cause.

Designers fashioned trash into treasure Friday night for a “Rubbish to Runway” re-fashion show, where spectators were treated with wearable art at the Galleries at LynnArts in Lynn. A portion of the proceeds raised from the event will support Long Way Home, a charity that uses sustainable construction to help build housing and schooling in Guatemala.
