Before the 2025 Emmy Awards kicked off Sunday night at 8 p.m. on CBS, some of television’s biggest stars took to the red carpet to show off the latest top fashion.
Hollywood A-listers in attendance at the 77th Emmys included Harrison Ford (“Shrinking”), Jake Gyllenhaal (“Presumed Innocent”), Seth Rogen (“The Studio”), and Cate Blanchett (“Disclaimer”).
Locally, there were a number of Massachusetts-born celebs vying for awards as well — though none ultimately emerged triumphant.
Marblehead native Rob Delaney and Milton’s Jenny Slate were both nominated for the FX drama “Dying for Sex,” while Dorchester-born Ayo Edebiri (“The Bear”) and Amherst-raised Ebon Moss-Bachrach were once again nominated for FX’s “The Bear.”

Other actors with local ties nominated for Emmys included Boston native Uzo Aduba (“The Residence”), Longmeadow’s Meghann Fahy (“Sirens”), Medford native Julianne Nicholson (“Paradise”), and Pittsfield native Deirdre O’Connell (“The Penguin”).
