The 25 women competing for Grant Ellis’ heart on season 29 of ABC’s “The Bachelor” have been revealed, and one of them is a Newton woman who “isn’t afraid to speak her mind.”

Juliana Pasquarosa, 28, a client service associate at Winthrop Wealth, was revealed as one of the contestants on “The Bachelor” Season 29, which premieres on Monday, January 27.

“When your big sis signs you up for #thebachelor and doesn’t tell you… here goes nothing,” Pasquarosa wrote on Instagram following the announcement.

According to a cast bio, Pasquarosa is “a bubbly, outgoing woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind and go after what her heart wants.” As for what she is looking for in a partner, Pasquarosa said she wants “a man who has a good heart, strong ambition, and loves to hang out with family.”

Ellis, a day trader from New Jersey, was one of the contestants vying for Boston-based physician assistant Jenn Tran’s heart on Season 21 of “The Bachelorette.” The former basketball player’s cast bio indicates he is a “self-proclaimed mama’s boy” — which could mesh well with Pasquarosa, who is from a big Italian family and is looking for a relationship similar to that of her parents.

“The Bachelor” Season 29 will premiere with a two-hour episode on Monday, January 27 at 8 p.m. on ABC, and streaming on Hulu.
