Uzo Aduba ran the Boston Marathon, and she plans to do another

Medfield native Uzo Aduba said she ran the Boston Marathon in 2015 and the New York Marathon in 2013 — and she plans to run one again.
Aduba appeared on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” on Friday morning to talk about the new season of “Orange is the New Black,” marathons, and more.
“The hardest part, honestly, is mile 20, mile 22,” she said. “Somewhere around mile 18, 20, nobody’s there.”
She said the race is exciting at first but gets harder when the crowd of people cheering the runners on dissipates.
Aduba is known for her role as Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren in the Netflix series. The show’s seventh and final season was released Friday.
