The first official teaser for “Solo: A Star Wars Story” hit YouTube Monday morning, and it gives an intriguing peek into the younger years of Han Solo, played in earlier “Star Wars” films by Harrison Ford.
Disney also ran a 45-second ad for “Solo” during the 2018 Super Bowl Sunday night, but the official teaser, clocking in at just under 90 seconds, debuted on “Good Morning America” Monday morning.
“Solo: A Star Wars Story” stars Alden Ehrenreich (“Hail, Caesar!”) as young Han Solo and Donald Glover (“Atlanta,” “The Martian”) as young Lando Calrissian, and also features Woody Harrelson (“White Men Can’t Jump”), Emilia Clarke (“Game of Thrones”), and Paul Bettany (“Avengers: Age of Ultron”). Directed by Ron Howard, the film will land in theaters May 25.
