Matt Damon sneaks onto Jimmy Kimmel’s show as George Clooney’s ‘manny’

Matt Damon will do anything to get onto the set of Jimmy Kimmel’s show — including posing as a “manny.”

Kimmel chatted with actor George Clooney on Monday about Clooney’s upcoming film Suburbicon, which stars Damon. Before Clooney wrapped his interview, he offered to bring out his 4-month-old twins, Ella and Alexander, whom Clooney said were waiting backstage. (You can probably see where this is going.)

Out from the Jimmy Kimmel Live! backstage area came Damon, pushing a double-wide stroller, toting a giant baby bag, and carrying pacifiers, baby toys, and a spit-up rag. Damon and Kimmel traded their usual salvo of insults, but with a baby tinge to their jokes.

“So based on your physique, I guess you’re breastfeeding the children too?” Kimmel asked Damon, poking fun at the weight he put on for his role in Suburbicon.

“I just wanted to get them their nap, so I brought them somewhere where they wouldn’t be woken up by laughter,” Damon shot back.

At the end of the segment, Clooney offered to let Kimmel see the twins, and Damon was more than happy to oblige.
