Madonna dishes about her history with Michael Jackson on Carpool Karaoke
Turns out the King and Queen of Pop shared more than a friendship.

Following in the footsteps of female pop icons Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga, the woman who paved the way for all three of them, Madonna, joined Late Late Show host James Corden Wednesday for a new edition of Carpool Karaoke.
Along with belting out some of the Material Girl’s greatest hits, including “Vogue,” “Papa Don’t Preach,” and “Ray of Light,” the Queen of Pop dished on her friendship with Michael Jackson and snuck in some twerking and leg splits for good measure.
When Corden asked Madonna about her relationship with Michael Jackson, Madonna played coy, asking if Corden wanted her to “kiss and tell,” before admitting that the King and Queen of Pop had in fact kissed — french kissed, even.
“Baby, I’ve been around,” Madonna teased Corden.
Madonna admitted that she made the first move on Jackson.
“Well I did, if you want to know the truth, because he’s a bit shy,” Madonna said, adding that she got him to loosen up a bit with a glass of Chardonnay. “However, he was a willing accomplice.”
