Hillary Clinton has been the subject of some insane conspiracy theories — from the “Clinton Body Count” to faking a concussion to avoid testifying about Benghazi — during her 20-plus years in the public eye. The Democratic presidential nominee appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s show Monday night to address the latest unfounded rumor: that she’s in poor health and frequently suffers from seizures in secret — in amusing fashion.
Clinton proved her might by opening a pickle jar (after a fake struggle) and asking Kimmel to take her pulse (“Oh my God, there’s nothing there!” the host joked).
Clinton brushed off the unfounded rumors stirred by Republicans like former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump himself.
“I don’t know why they’re saying this,” Clinton told Kimmel. “I think on the one hand, it’s part of the wacky strategy — just say all these crazy things, and maybe you can get some people to believe you. On the other hand, it makes absolutely no sense.”
