Beyonce is coming to Gillette this summer

She announced a world tour during the Super Bowl.

Just minutes after killing it in Super Bowl 50’s halftime show, Beyonce announced plans for a world tour. And you betcha it’s coming to Foxborough.

The “Formation’’ world tour, named after the single she dropped Saturday, is coming to Gillette Stadium on Friday, June 3. The last time Beyonce came to Massachusetts was during her co-headline “On the Run’’ tour with husband Jay Z.

Tickets for the “Formation’’ tour go on sale February 16 on Ticketmaster, and a pre-sale begins February 9. The tour kicks off April 27 in Miami and is hitting several major stadiums around the North America.
