Grab a glass and rejoice, beer fans, because the annual HarpoonFest kicks off on Friday. Tons of of fun events are going on in Boston this weekend, so get off the couch and go explore the city.

Drinks: 2015 HarpoonFest

Crack a few cold ones and enjoy the warm weekend weather at this year’s HarpoonFest. The two-day affair includes live music from local bands, snacks from area food trucks, and, of course, plenty of brews.

Outdoor fun: The Lawn on D opens

The popular outdoor park and entertainment venue has a jam-packed weekend planned for its season opener. Friday night kicks off with a dance party featuring live music and lawn games. The fun continues on Saturday and Sunday with performances by The Boston Circus Guild, Grammy nominee Alastair Moock, and more.
