The spot bills itself as "Boston's most romantic dining experience."
A restaurant in Boston with a bird’s-eye view is among the 50 best restaurants for a date in America for 2019 by OpenTable.
The online reservation company named Top of the Hub among 50 date-worthy restaurants nationwide on Tuesday. The restaurant, which bills itself as “Boston’s most romantic dining experience,” offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and skyline views 52 floors above the city in the Prudential Center.
“Given the added stress daters face when looking for the right restaurant, we wanted to create a go-to list that offers a restaurant for any date – whether it’s your first or one-thousandth,” said Anna Besse, director of marketing at OpenTable, in a press release.
Another New England spot made the list as well: J. Gilbert’s Wood-fired Steaks & Seafood in Glastonbury, Conn.
The list was created based on diner reviews collected between September 1, 2018, and August 31, 2019. All restaurants with a minimum overall rating and number of qualifying reviews were considered and then scored and sorted based on the percentage of reviews tagged “GoodForDates” or “Good for a Date.”
