Actor Kevin Spacey was set to appear in a Nantucket court Monday morning to answer to a charge of felony indecent assault and battery, stemming from accusations that he groped an 18-year-old man in a bar on the island in 2016.
The actor has previously indicated that he will plead not guilty to the charge.
