You can currently see Kaling in theaters as Mrs. Who in Disney’s “A Wrinkle in Time,” which is an adaptation of the 1962 book by Madeleine L’Engle. She is also executive producing the sitcom “Champions” for NBC.

During a Wednesday appearance on the “Today” show to promote “Champions,” Kaling discussed how much she loves being a mom to her daughter, Katherine, who was born in December.
