Jennifer Lawrence is not a fan of Harvard grads—except her boyfriend

Jennifer Lawrence seems to enjoy poking fun at Boston.

The Silver Linings Playbook actress joked to Entertainment Weekly in 2015 that she had “Snowst Traumatic Stress” from filming 2015’s Joy in the city.

“I feel like I’m in Game of Thrones, running around going, ‘Winter is coming again!’’’ she told the publication at the time.

Now Lawrence is bringing up more beef with the Boston area’s offerings.

In Vogue‘s September cover story, she discusses what the magazine calls her “so damn relatable” reputation, her new movie Mother!, and her boyfriend, filmmaker Darren Aronofsky. Aronofsky attended Harvard, but she likes him anyway, she said.

“I normally don’t like Harvard people,” Lawrence told Vogue, “because they can’t go two minutes without mentioning that they went to Harvard. He’s not like that.”
