Louis C.K. to release two new stand-up specials

Louis C.K. is coming out with two new stand-up specials on Netflix. The first one, aptly titled “2017,” was filmed in Washington, D.C., and will premiere April 4.

This is welcome news to loyal fans of the Newton-bred comedian, who just wrapped up a series of shows at the Wang Theatre (and a couple of surprise appearances at McGreevy’s and The Burren) and continues to make his mark on stage and in TV and film.
