Newton’s John Krasinski and wife Emily Blunt welcome their second baby

Fourth of July is a big weekend for just about everyone, but Newton’s John Krasinski had an extra special reason to celebrate.
The Newton-born actor announced Monday on Twitter that he and his wife Emily Blunt welcomed their second child, Violet, two weeks ago. Violet is the couple’s second daughter after two-year-old Hazel, who was born in February 2014.

Blunt confirmed that she was expecting back in January. Her pregnancy coincided with shooting her new movie The Girl on the Train, which is due out October 7.
Cheers to the happy couple, and to hoping that Violet will be just as educated on Tom Brady as her big sis seems to be.
