Gisele gets real about her and Tom’s not-so-fairytale beginnings
The model sat down with Charlie Rose to talk about her book and life after the runway.

Gisele Bundchen appeared on Monday’s CBS This Morning for an exclusive one-on-one with Charlie Rose, providing the most candid interview we’ll likely ever get from her.
Hot off her celebratory weekend following the selling out of her special edition, $700 coffee table book, Bundchen and Rose discussed Bundchen’s retirement from the fashion world (“It’s not my focus by any means anymore.’’), her work ethic (“If someone is putting their trust in me, I don’t want to disappoint anyone.’’), and her endearingly straightforward reason for signing with Victoria’s Secret in 2000 (“When am I going to make $25 million dollars again?’’).
Most notably, Bundchen got super honest about her relationship with Tom Brady (because that’s all we really wanted to know about, let’s be real). Rose asked about model and actress Bridget Moynahan, Brady’s former girlfriend, who revealed she was pregnant with Brady’s baby soon after Brady started dating Bundchen.
“It was a challenging thing,’’ Bundchen told Rose. “Here I am thinking I’m dating this guy. We met, we started dating, and everything is great, and this happens.’’
She added: “It was one of those moments of like, do I just run away? Now, eight years later, I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter bonus child.’’
Bundchen and Rose also discussed the aftermath of Deflategate.
“I think we’ve been through a few tough times together,’’ Bundchen said, laughing. “I think that’s when you know who are your friends and who loves you.’’
She continued: “I think no matter how challenging it was, we’ve always been supportive of one another.’’
