Uzo Aduba can’t stop winning, is coming back to Boston to accept her next award

Medfield native Uzo Aduba is about to accept another award after her incredible win at the Emmys Sunday—this time from her alma mater.

On behalf of Boston University’s College of Fine Arts, where Aduba earned her degree in 2005, the actress will be presented with the Inspiring Young Alumni award at BU’s annual alumni ceremony Saturday.

Aduba plays Litchfield inmate Suzanne “Crazy Eyes’’ Warren on the popular Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, a role for which she won the Emmy for Outstanding Actress in a Supporting role.
